The Starting Line Educational Fund provides financial assistance for students to launch their higher education journey to an approved college or university.
Starting Line scholarships cover essentials such as application fees, food, housing deposits, books, and school supplies in the first 60 days for first- time students from low-income to no income households. The fund is administered by Arkansas Community Foundation and all gifts are tax deductible.
